Labor Day at Millennium Park

Dear Members and Retirees:
The Chicago Federation of Labor and your CWA Local 4250 Executive Board invite you to join us this year for Labor Day 2010 at Millennium Park in Chicago.
This special event for our Union families will take place Monday, September 6, from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm at Chicago's beautiful, union built, Millennium Park in the Pritzker Pavilion and Great Lawn. Following a short program at 11 am will be a picnic with hamburgers, hotdogs, snacks, beverages and entertainment. Families will have the opportunity to take advantage of the park's many attractions including the popular Crown fountain, the Cloud Gate sculpture (The Bean) and the Lurie Gardens. Take advantage of the Free Trolley operating regularly between Navy Pier and the park.
Millennium Park (Michigan Ave and Randolph Street) is easily accessible by public transportation and there is also garage parking underground for a fee.
