The NLRB protects workers in many ways:
# The Right to Collectively Bargain – The NLRB overseas and enforces union representation elections. Without it, employers can and will ignore this basic right.
# Enforcement of Contracts – Without a functioning NLRB, employers can ignore agreed-upon contracts. This will lead to illegal cuts to wages and benefits, mass firings/layoffs, and potentially closures.
