AT&T has notified us that they have initiated the Inter-Subsidiary Movement Process to CWA Operations represented employees. For those on Skills Match or on layoff, the IMF allows someone to apply for a job in other parts of the company and other contracts. They would be offered a job prior to hiring off the street.
