The intent of this website is to provide CWA Local 4250 members, retirees and all union activists a vehicle to access and share information about our union, our jobs and issues that could affect our standard of living in the New Millennium. To preserve our present life style, EVERY active member, retiree and citizen of this great country MUST actively participate in all aspects of mobilization. Prior to the 69th Annual Convention held in Toronto on July 16-17, 2007, CWA members all across the country were given an unprecedented opportunity to vote for the best CWA Local website. There were two awards given at the Annual Convention. The first was awarded to the CWA Local receiving the most votes. It was awarded to CWA Local 1103 in Port Chester, New York. The second, a first ever award, was given to the CWA Local receiving the most votes from CWA members across the country based on the size of the Local (Per-Capita Basis). CWA Local 4250 won it.
